Services

Training and emergency logistics

Two services that only matter at the moment they are needed: people who know how to use the equipment, and parts that arrive while the plant is standing still.

How we work

What this service covers

Training is part of handover, not an extra. An instrument that is operated wrongly produces readings that are worse than no reading at all, because they are believed. We train the people who will use the equipment on the equipment we delivered, in German or English, at your site — covering operation, alarm response, bump testing, sensor replacement where applicable, and the documentation routine.

Emergency logistics is the other end of the same relationship. When a plant cannot restart because a measuring point is out of service, the cost per hour has nothing to do with the price of the part. We source and expedite in that situation, with the status communicated honestly — including when something will not arrive in time, so that you can plan around it rather than wait for it.

Scope of supply

  • Operator and maintenance training on delivered gas detection and instrumentation
  • Training in German and English, at your site
  • Refresher sessions for new personnel and after system extensions
  • Expedited identification, sourcing and delivery during a standstill
  • Review of the spare parts concept after a failure

Where our scope ends

  • Training covers the equipment we delivered and its documented use; it does not replace your statutory instruction obligations.
  • In an emergency we state what is achievable and what is not, rather than promising a delivery date we cannot hold.

Sequence

How a project runs

1 · Training at handover

Operation, alarm response, functional testing and documentation, on the delivered equipment, in German or English.

2 · Refresher and new staff

Repeat sessions for new personnel or after a system extension, so that knowledge does not leave with one employee.

3 · Emergency sourcing

Identification, sourcing and expediting when a plant is down, with an honest status rather than an optimistic one.

4 · Follow-up

What failed, why, and whether the spare parts concept should change as a result.

FAQ

Questions about Training and emergency logistics

How long does operator training take?

For a portable fleet, typically a short session per shift group covering operation, alarm response and the docking routine. For a fixed installation with a controller, it is longer and includes the maintenance staff separately, because their task is different.

What can you actually do when our plant is down?

Identify the part, find it, and expedite it — and tell you honestly when it will not arrive in time, so you can plan around it. The value of the service is the speed of the answer as much as the speed of the delivery.
