We answer in German and English. For enquiries concerning an existing plant, attaching a photograph of the type plate or a page of the plant documentation usually saves a full round of questions.
What to include in a gas detection enquiry
- Which gases have to be monitored, and at which alarm thresholds if they are already defined.
- The zone classification of the area (for example zone 1 or zone 2, or dust zones 21 and 22).
- Whether the requirement is portable, fixed, or both.
- The number of measuring points or devices.
- Whether an installation already exists and should be extended, retrofitted or replaced.
- Which services you need from us: supply only, engineering, installation, calibration, maintenance, training.
- Your timescale — immediate requirement, one to three months, or project planning.
Spare parts and component enquiries
For pumps, valves, drives, hydraulics and instrumentation, send the manufacturer and type designation if you have them. If you do not, a photograph of the type plate, a drawing, a dimensional sketch or the old part itself is enough for us to start the identification.
Where an original part is no longer available, we propose a technically equivalent replacement and document the substitution so that your plant documentation stays correct.
Trade fairs and appointments
If you have met us at a trade fair, mention the event in your message — it helps us pick up the conversation where it stopped rather than starting again.
Site visits and technical appointments in Germany, the Benelux countries and neighbouring regions can be arranged by telephone.
