Who we are
An industrial supplier with an engineering department, not a catalogue
VERTEX GmbH was founded on 27 February 2020 in Krefeld and trades as an industrial supplier and technical distributor for process and heavy industry.
The company grew out of the day-to-day reality of industrial procurement: a plant needs a replacement pump, a new gas monitoring point or an instrument that has been out of production for a decade, and the purchasing department has to coordinate a distributor, an engineering office, an installer and a calibration service to get there. We put those roles under one contract.
Today the business rests on three pillars. We supply industrial components — pumps, valves, drives, hydraulics, electrical equipment and instrumentation, including spare parts for installed plant. We are an authorised distributor for Honeywell gas detection and Honeywell field instruments. And we deliver the engineering around both: planning, procurement, construction and installation, commissioning, calibration, maintenance, retrofit, operator training and emergency parts logistics.
Our customers are plant operators, engineering contractors and maintenance organisations in Germany and across Europe, in oil and gas, mining, metallurgy, railway operations, food and beverage production and the chemical industry.

VERTEX GmbH is an independent German company, registered in Krefeld in 2020 under HRB 17755 at the Krefeld local court, managed by Evgeny Stein. It is a supplier, a distributor and an engineering partner.
Honeywell Vertex™ is a product: a multi-point gas monitoring system manufactured by Honeywell International Inc., using Chemcassette® detection for parts-per-billion measurement in semiconductor and specialty gas applications.
The relationship between the two is simple. Honeywell makes the Vertex™ system. VERTEX GmbH supplies, installs and services it — along with the rest of the Honeywell gas detection portfolio. If you are looking for the product, we are one of the companies that can deliver it in Germany. If you are looking for us, the company name is always written VERTEX GmbH.

How we work
From the first enquiry to the calibration record
1 · Specification
We start from the process: which gases, which zone classification, which plant, which existing installation. A device recommendation without that context is guesswork.
2 · Engineering
Detector placement, number of measuring points, signal path to the control system, mounting and cabling concept, and the documentation the operator needs for approval.
3 · Supply and installation
Procurement of the equipment and the balance of the installation, delivery, mounting, commissioning and functional testing, with handover documentation and operator training.
4 · Operation
Calibration and bump testing, scheduled maintenance, consumables and spare parts, repair, retrofit of ageing systems and emergency logistics when a plant is standing still.
